Runtime Error Message

Whenever I try to convert multiple files in Freemake Video Converter, I get a runtime error message. Recently, this message hasn't been showing, and the program will just auto close without warning. I can't say exactly what the message says, but it basically is telling me that Freemake was trying to make Runtime terminate in an unusual way. How do I fix this? I tried reinstalling, and even completely wiped my computer and reinstalled, to no avail. How do I get this fixed Tom's Hardware?

Make sure you have the latest Visual C++ Runtime and the software's version. And maybe try contacting the software's manufacturer.

I finally got it resolved. The software just didn't work with the blu-ray I was trying to convert. Maybe a bad blu-ray rip?

This error appears because your DLL files are corrupted. You'll need to scan your system files and settings for problems with this tool. If the problem still persists, there are other solutions:

1. Click Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> System Restore.
2. Click Next.
3. Select a restore point and then confirm.
