russian ads on youtube

while im playing minecraft, i noticed that on my second monitor the chrome opened by it self, and i noticed it open russian websites like mail.ru, graneza.ru(?) and many more, i've removed the mail.ru out of my chrome and my pc, and its fine now

but i noticed on youtube, there is russian ad between the tittle and the video and its kind of annoying, also worth mentioning, after you open a video link, there is always a couple of second black screen before the video shows up. also the ads are unskipable because the button didn't exist

i've also tried to uninstall the chrome, removed the files on appdata, program files, but still nothing works, and im really pissed with this virus, can someone please give me a solution please?

Other than run an anti-virus (Windows Defender, Avast) or anti-malware program (Malwarebytes), you could reinstall Windows to be extra sure.

reinstalling the window is the safest way, but i think its not efficient :/
