[RUST] Laptop getting 30 FPS with recommended specs

Hey, Recently my friend got a new laptop and we want to play rust together and somehow his FPS is hanging around 30 FPS but it also goes upto 90 60 40 50 it's not consistent

Laptop Specs:

  Windows 10
  8GB Ram
  CPU: i7-4500 CPU @ 1.80 GHz (4CPU's) 2.4GHz
  GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 740M

You have a very high disk usage %, can you sort that column to see why it is like that?

Aside from disk usage, you do know Windows throttles the disk at 1.8 MB/s. It would show up 99% for me at that load. Messy.
It's because your CPU stock speed is 1.8 ghz not 2. If you had a 6200u you would be fine. Anyways the turbo 2.4 ghz only kicks in when you're at at least 50% load on 2/4 cores. And it seems like you only have a small load, so it runs at 1.8. You are just gonna have to stick with it or get a new laptop.
