RV Park WiFi

The RV Park has free WiFi, but a very weak signal. Can I look an outdoor antenna to a route?

You might be able to use an outdoor antenna. It would depend on the router you have. High quality cable between the antenna and router can be expensive.

There is an existing ALFA antenna with cable. Can I connect that to a router?

That desctiption of "ALFA antenna" isn't definite, but from the pictures I see, yes you should be able to connect to a router with external antenna connections.
