what do I need to improve weak wi-fi signals in campgrounds while camping in my RV?

Above answer may seem frivolous but's it's true --- not much else you can do on a campground.

Sad some folk can't just leave all that stuff at home when they go camping. Reminds me of my son-in-law ---- take him out to dinner at a high-class restaurant and sure enough he's tapping away on his phone as soon as we sit down.
