i broke my 1050 Ti Card and are looking for replacement with low budget, looking at current market price i can only find these 2 cards near my place.

  1. RX 460 2GB, i don't have any question on this as information is available anywhere.
  2. RX 640 4GB 128Bit GDDR5, this is quite interesting specs, with the same price and newer release (2019) the seller attach GPUz and Valley Benchmark result as below, the seller mention it was taken from DELL PC, and have performance better than RX 460, but i'm not an expert on GPU Specs and scoring,, tried to google but i cannot find any clue on this Card, can anyone please advise if this one is better than RX 460 2GB version?

Solution
From the specs, it looks like a RX 550X (Lexa) only at 1295MHz instead of 1287, and slower 6000MT/s memory instead of 7000. Both are 640:40:16 vs the RX460's 896:56:16

The clock differential isn't enough to make up for the fewer shaders, but the RX640 may be more desirable anyway just from having more (though slower) memory--assuming the card isn't some sort of fake. There was a real RX560D that was China-only, but that was 896:56:16 like the RX460

thanks for your input, it is not fake, i can found the same specs on DELL website as follow

OptiPlex 7080 Small Form Factor Service Manual | Dell US

so, if i may ask, performance wise for some light gaming, which will be better? i play mostly for Dolphin on max settings and PES 2021, RX 460 can do both just fine.
