I bought rx460 and i have old g41 pc
Mb biostar g41
Cpu e8500
I know its so old but i cant buy anything else
So mu question is
Could my old cpu run rx 460
I have evga 430w psu

Yes the EVGA can power the card.

Not worth it. unless all you play is CS:GO, that CPU will limit that GPU severly.

Can i still use it without gaming for now

You can still run it but there will be some bottleneck.
