Rx 460 compatibility

I have an Rx 460 that a friend gave me and don't know if it is compatible with my other components/future components. I have a gigabyte ab-350m motherboard and was thinking about getting either an amd ryzen 3 or 5.

Yes, will be just fine, I have one on my Ryzen.
