Fit, yes. As long as the PC has a PCIe x16 slot it will fit. Yours does if it is the mini tower.

So i wanna buy a RX 460 but im not sure if it will fit into my g43t-AM mobo since it is a dual slot gpu. I was planning to buy the MSI Radeon one .

yes this GPU should fit as long as you dont have anything in the pciex1 slot

do you have other pci or pci-e device that you need to install on the motherbaord? if not, then it's fine. your card will just cover the existing port, making them inaccessible, since you are not using them, it's fine.
