I Tried to install a RX 460,everything was good until it came to installing the drivers. They would install but when i tried to open the driver thing (don't know the name) i would get "No AMD graphics driver is installed,or the AMD is not functioning properly. Please install AMD driver appropriate for your AMD hardware" any idea how to fix this or what's the cause?

Solution
There is a known issue with AMD cards not supporting Dell BIOS Video resolution. I would go to Userbench and see if any AMDs newer than HD7xxx ( or the badge engineered r-2xx) have been used successfuly on your computer. This has to do with the GCN version of the API not supporting VESA mode 103.

First you need to remove the old drivers in Safe Mode while the old GPU is in.
Then swap GPUs and boot to Safe Mode with Internet and load the newest drivers.
if it's going to work that should do it. If your GPU is UEFI rated then it should be OK. If it has a Legacy BIOS you mey need to turn off some settings in BIOS. Ask the GPU maker.

Please post here if I'm wrong about the RX460. I don't want to disparage a good product if it's not true.

GTX750Ti has been the go to card for these, and any newer car like the GTX950, GTX1050 that doesn't need a 6 pin PCIe cable should be good too. PSU upgrade only works with MT case, unless you can live with an external setup.

Here's a thread at Dell about this.
