Rx 460 vs GTX 1050?

For a low budget PC (Pentium G3260, 8 GB RAM), what will be the best choice between the two? Also considering future proofing (Dx12, vulkan, etc.) Thanks!

Well I am going to be honest. For the build that you are doing, and the low end graphics cards you are asking about, Future proofing isn't really a thing I would take into consideration. But between the two I would go for the 1050 due to slight performance gain, less power consumption and less heat.
