rx 460 wont work after windows 10 installation

Hello,
I just reinstalled windows 10 and when downloading the amd drivers for my rx 460 and rebooting my pc they don't install properly.
In device manager it has a yellow triangle next to it and this is the error:
Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)
I have tried reinstalling the drivers.
I really need help here so please help me

I would download/install the latest chipset driver for your motherboard. I'd also re-seat the video card, then try a clean install of the AMD drivers again.

I have 970a ud3p motherboard rev 2. How do I find the latest chipset driver and install them? I don't think reseating the graphics card will work because it was working perfectly fine before the windows 10 installation

Since it's AMD, you'd go to AMD's website to download the chipset driver there: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/chipset?os=Windows%2010%20-%2064

Installing the chipset didn't work

When you click that link, under "OS"... select Windows 10 64-bit. Then click on BIOS(+3). The top 1 "FC - 2.76MB - 2016/03/02..." is the latest one.
