rx 470 4gb

guys please help, while playing ac my pc crashed and it won't start and it makes 3 beebs after pushing start button then i tried to remove the ram and change it's slot but the problem isn't in the ram i tried to remove my rx 470 and replaced it with gtx 650 so the pc started normally so the it seems that my rx 470 is causing my pc to not to start and make those 3 beebs is there any way that i can fix my rx 470 to work properly?

Not quite sure, but worst case, doesn't it have a 2 or 3-year warranty? Wouldn't it be replaceable under warranty if it turns out the video card has gone bad?

it's 2 years passed since i bought it it's out of warranty. isn't there any maintenance i can do?
