Rx 470 8gb or 480 8gb for Fallout 4

1. Is the Rx 470 8gb capable of handling fallout 4 1080p 60fps with 300 mods including 2k and 4k textures or would a Rx 480 8gb be a safe bet.

2. My only hesitation about the Rx 480 is the price point, in England the Rx 480 8gb is £229 while a Rx 470 8gb is 180. Is there a good price point for the 480 over the 470?

i'd suggest that the 480 is a '1080p card' and will therefore do well at 1080p, probably at or approaching 60fps. BUT +300 mods will probably result in too high a load for 60fps.
