rx 470 blackbars

Okay Im trying to enable black bars with my csgo 1024x768 resolution, but I cant get black bars at all. I\ve tried everything, I watched videos from youtube, but nothing helps. Is there anything I can try more?
rx470 scaling mode preserve aspect ratio. gpu scaling on

Whats your desktop(native) resolution? If your native resolution is 16:9 then a 4:3 resolution in game will have black bars. If your native resolution is 1024.768(4:3) then 1024.768 a 4:3 resolution in game will be stretched(no black bars)...

well Im 16:9 desktop,4;3 1024x768 on csgo, still I dont have blackbars
