this gpu has a missing smd cap i believe. and this gpu has no display output and the fans doesnt spin ,but the rgb lights up. the caps are located beside the 6pin connector and 2 of them are missing. how can i solve this issue? can i replace this with any smd caps? and can replacing that fix the card? looks similar to the picture

You have to replace it with a cap of equal capacitance. You can't just use any.

It might fix the card, it might not. No context given or other information required to answer this question.

Did you just knock the capacitor off? If so how? Did it work before you knocked the cap off? Can we have a photo?

Full system specs including make and model of PSU, also what 470 exactly is it?

fx 6300, msi 760gm p23, 8gb 1600,450watt antec, asus rog strix rx 470 oc. i got this gpu without that small capacitor. i am not sure if that is a capacitor or not.
ps: other gpus such as gtx 560ti and gtx 950ti worked perfectly fine.
