Rx 470 one of two fans is not spinning

Rx 470 one of two fans is not spinning... please help me ... thanks

It might be that your card doesn't need both spinning at the same time under current load. That might be the case, but don't take my whole word for it.

It may be that something's blocking it or the fan is just plain broke.
