Rx 470 or gtx 1060 3 gb

Hello, I wanna get a new video card because my R9 270x broke, should I get the gtx 1060 3 gb or amd rx 470. Also is the msi h110m motherboard enough? Am I gonna need another fan for longer gaming sessions? Also, that means that I have to decide between amd relive and nvidia shadowplay since I wanna make videos. Please do help me out, its a hard decision for me

They are really similar in performance, it depends on which games you pick. But personally, I would not recommend a 3GB card in 2017, it simple not future-proof. Games tend to use more VRAM in max settings, so its safer to stay away from the 3GB version.
