I live in the uk and looking spend £150 to £200 on graphics card what would be best to upgrade to?

GTX 1660 or a 1660 Super if you want better performance. In your price range this is the best in the market right now. Difference between the 1660 and 1660 Super is that the super has GGDR6 memory instead of GGDR5 memory.
