RX 470 vs GTX 1060

I'm student so i'm a bit on budget.
I'm planning on getting either RX 470 4GB or GTX 1060 3GB, but I'm a bit confused,which is better,what do u guys recommend the best?
keep in mind that my current GPU is MSI HAWK R9 270x 2GB,so I really want the GPU that makes the biggest difference.

Just curious, why not include the RX480 in your choices? it is right around the same price as the 1060 3gb. You can find the 1060 for around $190 and the RX 480 for around $200, depending on coupons and deals. The 470 costs around $175.

Look,I'm from Egypt,the market isn't offering much of variation due to economical issues so there is no RX480 on the market right now :/
