rx 470 vs PS4 and xboxone?

does the rx 470 have better graphics than the ps4 and xboxone?
what graphics are in par with the graphics or ps4 and xbox one anyways?

I can't get behind the XBox or PS consoles as from the getgo, they are played with televisions and I don't like gaming on televisions. So when i read that question, I read it as akin to "What steakhouse offers a meal equivalent to a Big Mac". Ones in bold are closest

The XB1 GPU specs were:

768 cores / 48 texture mapping units / 32 render output units / 1310 GFlops

The GTX 950 was:

768 cores / 48 texture mapping units / 32 render output units / 1573 GFlops

The 470 is:

2048 cores / 128 texture mapping units / 32 render output units / 3793 GFlops

The GTX 1060 is

1280 cores / 80 texture mapping units / 48 render output units / 3855 GFlops

Of course GLops is compute power which does not necessarily correlate w/ GFX rendering speed or quality

The Xbox one and the Ps4 use a chip much like you see for the FM2 line of Amd cpu`s.

Where both the cpu and the Gpu are incorporated into the same die package Snowmare.

They do not have a separate cpu/ Gpu chip physically on both consoles.

But are both a custom made chip for each console based on a optimised Bonaire architecture
That were used in the 7800 series of Gpu`s from AMD/ATI.

So an RX 470 card, with a polaris Gpu on it for a Pc graphics card is much more powerful.

7800 series Gpu`s and graphics cards where first released in 2011 as Pc Gpu graphics cards.

That shows you in terms of graphics power and Gpu`s how far behind Consoles really are in relation to Pc based graphics cards and the Gpu`s they currently have.

Polaris is a 2016 gpu chip, and every year the graphics processing power as a rule increases 1.5x to 2.0x per new Gpu chip release SnowMare. for Pc based graphics hardware.

But it is because when it comes to consoles they have about a eight year cycle time.

Or it was at least that from a Xbox 360 to and Xbox one console.
