rx 470 wont oc

so when i try to game my rx 470 underclocks to 300mhz on the core and 300mhz on the vram. When i try to oc it the same thing it wont oc to 1350mhz on the core and 1850mhz on the vram i have tried to use msi after burner, wattman, and nzxt cam and none of them work.. what should i do?

specs:
FX 8300
ASUS M5A97 R2.0
HyperX Fury DDR3 1866MHz 8GB
XFX Radeon RX 470 4GB RS
Seagate Barracuda 1TB

This is a common problem with the latest AMD drivers. I had it too. I was able to fix it by rolling back to the 17.1.1 version. Maybe try that

hmm i can try that but its fixed now just had to flip the switch on the gpu from right to left and right agian but thanks for your reply
