disagree, cheek the reviews for noise and if there are any known issue. never just go off price.

I've owned The DirectCu cooler and the Gaming X cooler on different cards and I have to personally say that MSI's Gaming X cooler is excellent (quiet and cool). Also every MSI card I've ever owned or had a friend own has come with Hynix or Samsung memory, which overclocks better than Elpida. My vote is for MSI, especially if it's cheaper, but you can't go wrong with either.
