RX 480 8GB or GTX 1060 6GB

I am confuse in between in this two cards. Which one is best for DX12? I have watched many videos and saw benchmarks of dx12 and noticed that RX480 is good in DX12 and 1060 falls behind by just 5-10 FPS. What do u say guys which one should I take?
I am neither a AMD nor NVIDIA fanboy. Just want best from the card.
As I m from india, here prices of the card is bit high. My max budget for card is ₹25000. And my CPU is i5 6400, H110 mobo and 8GB Ram.

My RX 480 is quite nice. But I'd go with the cheaper one.
