I have a I7 9700k with 16gb of 3000mhz ram i think this should be good enough right?2070s is a big jump. I hope you have the cpu power to feed it (Depending on resolution, frame rates and game), enough ram (recommended 16GB ram to reduce drive IO from vram buffering) and a decent psu with adequate connectors.
I need 144hz im getting close to that now about 100fps but need moreDepends on what you want to do. If you are gaming at 1080P 60hz, then no its not worth the money. If you want to game at 144hz 1080P or 1440P then yes.
If you are looking for an upgrade for 1080P 60hz gaming then something like a GTX 1660 Super is a good upgrade. It could even get you to 100hz 1080P gaming.
What PSU do you have? Exact make and model.I need 144hz im getting close to that now about 100fps but need more
thanks for the reply!
My monitor supports free sync im just using a dp cable.Nice pairing, you'll love the upgrade.
What display cable are you using atm and is your monitor with Freesync?
I have a pure power 11 600w i think i have to upgrade thoWhat PSU do you have? Exact make and model.

Epic very excited to get mine👍👍 Good, DP for Gsync to work over Freesync. Amd cards operate Freesync over Hdmi as well so was checking. Nvidia requires DP for Freesync to work.
I think you'll be fine with that PSU, although the recommended for 2070s is a 650w.I have a pure power 11 600w i think i have to upgrade tho
Edit: checking i actually think mine doesnt need a upgrade for the card.
