Question RX 480 Code 31 without drivers + THREAD_STUCK_IN_DEVICE DRIVER bluescreen on installing drivers ?

Hi,
I have an RX 480 that I have lying around until I decided to try and boot it up. Without drivers, it shows a Code 31. Installing drivers have different outcomes, but most of the time it freezes, forcing me to restart, then upon booting it will not last five minutes without a THREAD_STUCK_IN_DEVICE DRIVER bluescreen, that just loops like an annoying song on repeat.
Any solutions are welcome, I will try any as soon as possible, though I can only do OS reinstalls next week due to classes.

CPU: Ryzen 3 2200G
Motherboard: MSI A320M PRO-M2
PSU: Seasonic Focus GX-650
RAM: Ballistix Sport LT 8x1-2666 mHz
Storage: Seagate 1TB HDD, Kingston A400 120GB SSD

Well, step one is to name the model of rx 480 you have, hope there is a bios switch on the board.

Unfortunately there is none. It's the "base" model Sapphire NITRO RX 480 with backplate, but no BIOS switch nor RGB.
