Question rx 480 encoding?

I am getting a rx 480 in a week and i searched if it had h264/vce encoding and got no results. just some random facts about h264.

You might want to read through this link. If you're interested in using software like Bandicam, then yes it's supported however for a card that is already being cleared off the shelves for a newer GPU lineup, I'd advise against the RX 480 purchase.

you know that r7 240 still gets driver updates right? that card came out in 2013 and rx 480 came out in 2016. it aint gonna stop driver support. i am using obs tho . i am buying an used rx 480 cus rx 580 costs twice as much and doesn't perform that much better. if you can think of a card that performs the same (110) and is newer(but still used) please tell me, i do want to get a great card
