My friend is experiences some issues with his new card, when he play games (fifa and other games) the gpu clock shows very low speed, how can he make the speed fixed? while the clock is slower he can feel lags, like everything doesnt happen while he clicks instant etc

Ehm no, Gwenneth my friend got the card not me 😉 I got a gtx 1070. We are friends and bought the same mobo LOL
