RX 480 non-reference

Hello! Im here to ask which RX 480 non-reference is the best if im not considering overclocking etc. I was thinking about XFX GTR Black Edition 8GB and MSI Gaming X 8GB which is better and why? And are the non stable clocks at full load are common issue?

The Gaming X is better due to its significantly better cooling and great clock speeds.
Much better quality than the XFX imo.
