RX 480 (or GTX 1060) perform any good with Core 2 Duo system

According to my previous thread (linked below) which I want to buy a new i5 (LGA1151) sytem without any dedicated GPU.

However, I have had C2D e7500, 4 GB of RAM and HD7350 (w/o fan version).
Would it be wise to buy mid-tier GPU and using with my old PC, then saving up some money for later whole system CPU, RAM, MB, etc.

None of them will perform at 100% with your system, that's the true. I would do first a base build, play with the integrated graphics, and later upgrade the GPU. Its a point from my view only!
