Question RX 480 STUCK ON FULL THROTTLE

I have a RX480, fans seem to be stuck on 100% no matter what (3780rpm) I have flashed the bios, tried MSI Afterburner with no effect on fan speed, the FPS and graphics are excellent so the card is working spot on just fans stuck on high, I'm wondering would it be possible to just remove the fans complenty and buy some normal cooling fans to fix on somehow where orignal fans where, obviously these wont be plugged into the gpu but straight to the mobo like some 80mm artic fans

Only thing I have no tryed is changing the fan curve within the GPU BIOS only because I have no idea ..

What is the GPU temp while the fans are running at 100%?

Have you tried using AMD Settings, which is already installed and running on your machine?

Idle at around 30/35, underload they go to max around 73,
The card seems to work great with FPS and the actual graphics but very loud as fans are full whack

Have also tried the AMD settings nothing changes at all

Did you get this GPU used?

Have you removed the heatsink so you can check/inspect the fan connections to the GPU?
