Question RX 550 4 GB Graphics card

I bought a 4 GB graphics card namely the Powercolor RX 550 4 GB but when i finished installing th card drivers and so on it is displayed only as 2 GB both in game menus and also with softwares like CPU Z and the windows system displaying the components as well is there a possibility that my card is being limited by the motherboard or processor?
System components:
i3 9100f
8 GB DDR4 Ram
H310m Galax motherboard
Antec V550 550W PSU

The options under main are Advanced, chipset, security boot and so on

I can see you CPU, but not your GPU. Try scrolling down, if its not there then go to advance and see if you could find it.

If it still says your GPU is a 2gb card, then I think it very likely that you were sold a 2gb card and not 4gb.

Nope o cant find the graphics info only a description of it being an AMD Radeon LEXA Graphics

Idk it's manufactured from TUL corporation in Taiwan but the seller is from south India some local vendor with a website

I checked the 20 pin and i noticed my HDMI adapter cable only has 19

Contact the seller and ask for replacement or refund.
