I know this sounds crazy, but I have an Asus RX 550 with 4gb video memory. I wonder if it is stronger than a normal GTX 1050 with 2gb memory. Moreover RX 550 is like GT 1030, but perhaps a benchmark for these two comparisons?

Solution
If you get the 4GB RX 550, and utilize VSR (Virtual Super Resolution) and GPU Scaling, you will see that it gives the 1050-ti a run for its money. I have had both cards (ti SSC), and I actually prefer the RX 550 due to its brightness and detail. There are other variables to take in consideration, like the monitor you are using, how well the CPU works with the GPU, as well as working with 16 GB memory.

I disagree. Based on the price point, RX 550 is the better value to performance.
