[SOLVED] rx-550 4gb vs r9 270x 2gb gpu?

So now i have asus amd RX 550 4gb and my freind is gona give me XFX DD R9 and i think is 270 and not 270x but not sure and with 2gb… so which one gona performe better? Thanks

The 270 is faster. However you could end up needing to run lower game settings because of the 2gb VRAM. If you hit the vram limit you will suffer stuttering or the game not running at all. Lowering game settings can help reduce the vram required. Vram doesn’t give more/less FPS but if you don’t have enough you have a problem.

It could do better or it could do worse, depending on the game.

Will try tommorow or the next day and post resoult. Will test some games with this rx 550 and heavenbenchmark and then with r9 270 and will se,thanks
