Rx 550 and Rx 570 bot having same problem in different systems!

I have an rx 550 4gb running in a system with a 520 watt corsair psu and an rx 570 4gb running in a system with a 600 watt psi. They both crash to a fuzzy static screen under stress, and don't get as high of frame rates as they should. My rx 570 did have good frames for a time but after a 15 minute 15% overclock test ending in a crash it now has this very same problem, all temps are fine always please help me out here I can't find anything on this error

They have very normal averages, nothing I would notice, I build pcs often and play them alot as well. They aren't witnessing anything really hot I have good fan curves set, they hover in mid to late 70s under load sometimes occasionally low 80s if I'm not paying attention but I always have the Radeon overlay on so I'm paying good attention mostthetime

But with at crash temps it's random, they might not even be rendering any games like just at desktop so probably 60s or below because it's sitting at like 300mhz idling at that time and still crash
