RX 560 blank screen

I have a rx 560 2gb and the screen goes black once i connet the power supply to it. I've tried multiple power supplies and i am still experiencing this problem, can someone help me with this please ?

Since you've stated that you tried multiple power supplies, please state the make and model of each tested unit. On top of that, please state how old each unit is.

i have also went ahead and update the bios of the pc.
