Start by installing the drivers again, use DDU http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html to completely remove the old driver first, download and then run in safemode.

If that doesn't work, you may need to flash the BIOS on the card, it's easily done BUT you need to be careful as a mistake can make the card unusable.
