RX 560 max temp of 76C okay?

Overwatch gets all my cards the hottest and I'm reaching 76C with this card and this rig. Should I be concerned or can I raise the target temp in wattman to 80C to make the card less noisy?

76*C is a fine temp for that card. you can increase the target temperature, but that will reduce the life expectancy of you gpu. the noise difference will, in my opinion, not be worth the negatives of having a hot gpu.
