rx 560 OC doesnt work

Hi friends i have a rx 560 2 gb when i overclock my gpu my fps decreases its not about temp
and have 2 problems 2
1- I have a ryzen 3 1200 and it never goes up to 3.4 ghz im playing game but its running on 3.1 ghz
2- I watched some benchmarks about my gpu and i saw something that is my ram usage. We have same ram with a random guy same game settings and same game its 8 gb ram his pc uses 4,9 gb ram but mine uses only 1,9 help me

If your FPS decreases post-overclock, then your OC is not stable.

What are you using to overclock? What kind of OC are you attempting?

1. Do you have "high performance" mode enabled in Windows? Are you monitoring temps of the 1200?

yes my high performance settings enabled im using sapphire trixx to overclock

i just tried to increase frequencys and whatabout other questions ? (temps are normal btw)
talking about ram and cpu
