Rx 560 or gtx 1050 ti for my pc

My build :

Fx 8350 4ghz
Asus 990 fx sabertooth rev2
16 gb corsair 1600

Maybe play some games on Samsung 32 TV with free sync. Mainly I run my pc on 23 Samsung TV without freesync

Rx 560 costs 155 $ and gtx 1050ti costs 180$

Should I go for gtx or rx? Does my pc build will make big difference with freesync or not?
Will my motherboard/cpu bottleneck the gpu and wont make any difference between those 2 cards?

I think you should go with 1050ti

1050 ti without a doubt. Even 1050 is faster then rx 560.
