[SOLVED] RX 560 refuses to go to sleep!

I have a Dell Inspiron 3668 running Windows 10. When I use HDMI with the built-in Intel chipset, all is OK. The PC turns off the monitor and goes to sleep as expected. When I use the HDMI port on the RX 560 card, the monitor goes to sleep for a second and then wakes up again. I have searched a number of forums and sites for a solution and come up with nothing (other than the standard power settings workarounds, none of which work). This is driving me crazy! Does anyone know what might be going on? BTW: This happens irrespective of whether I have AMD's software installed.

Is it the same monitor? The monitor itself could be sending the wake signal.
