RX 560 Should i buy?

Here is my current spec:
CPU:Intel Pentium G4560 3.5ghz
RAM:8GB 2133 MHZ DDR4 Kingston
GPU:Had R7 now don't have i sold it
PSU:500W Cooler Master
Hard Disk 1TB

So i can afford 1050ti i have 1080p monitor, so i found rx 560 i see at dx 12, vulcan got higher fps (1-5) but at gta v hitman etc.. the 1050 ti has like 10fps+...So:

I am planing to buy this card, i am willing to overclocked it i wanted to buy ROG-STRIX-RX560-O4G-GAMING (NOT EVO there is ike 200mhz boost core clock and 7000mhz memory)but not avaible in my country so.The question is if i overclock it how far can it go this card and how much will boost my fps i play dota 2 cs go PUBG gta v bf 1 shadow of war.Can i get atleast 50+ (max oc) at high/ultra settings?

Here in the US, the GTX 1050 Ti is priced through the roof at this time. But it is much faster overall than the RX-560. I have both. There's really no comparison. If you can get the 1050 Ti at a decent price where you live, that would be the preferred card.

I'm going to say no on PUBG and GTA V due to their demands at high/ultra.

Direct X 12 and Vulcan have no bearing on how well PUBG runs, I think I should point that out since PUBG is such a popular game right now and you want to play it. That game runs best on Nvidia cards, so if you plan to play it a lot I'd say the 1050 Ti is worth the extra cost.
