Rx 560 will work on lga 775?

I have sapphire pulse rx 560 oc 4gb, will this work on msi p45t c51?

I read some stuffs that new gpu does not work on non eufi mobo?

It should be just fine, no UEFI needed.

It should work. Though in some cases it might need BIOS update which can be an issue on old mobo that no longer supported by vendor.
