Hi guys i was thinking of upgrading my gpu from msi gaming x rx 580 8gb to Rx 5600 xt i wonder if i can get a more improved performance with my pc this is my specs as of now:
intel b85m-g
Intel i7 4790
rx 580 8gb
HyperX 32gb ddr3 1600mhz ram
64gb ssd (Os)
1tb Seagate hdd
Seasonic X series 750w

Or maybe if it results some minor bottleneck i wonder what kind of cpu will i chose. I mean i'm just trading in marketplace group like if you are trading with another components higher than you actually have you gonna add some cash.
I was also thinking ordering the 5600xt right now but i'm not sure if its gonna work well. I mean improved my performance in gaming
Thanks!!!!

Hi @Borzalino14

Whats your budget? Your 4790 is still a great CPU, even now.

The 5600XT is quite a bit faster than the 580. Here are a couple gaming benchmarks. 1 & 2 You'd see a very nice boost in overall performance.

If/when you upgrade to a new system, you could easily port over the 5600 XT to the new system. The same for the SSD, HDD & PSU.

What monitor do you have? Max res & hrz.

Thanks for the feedback!! I currently have an Acer VA271 27" 60hz i know thats pretty low hz but i don't think that will be a problem soon for the upgrade of gpu. Do i need to upgrade my mobo? And will the 5600 xt bottleneck my 4790?

I think im gonna stick with the 32gb's of RAM, HDD, PSU.
