I have a rx 470 4gb red devil and want to upgrade but not sure what to get am looking at round 200ish pounds uk i was looking at any where from rx 5600xt, gtx 1660 super, gtx 1660 ti or some where around that price range i have ryzen 1600 to pair with it

If you want to stay at 200 Quid +10% the fastest card you can get is a 1660 Super. According to pcpartpicker the RX 5600XT starts at 255 Quid. You can get a 1660 Super for 200 Quid but the Ti really starts at 240 Quid.

Any of them will pair just fine with that CPU. You could even Overclock your CPU to get a little more out of it.
