Question RX 570 4gb or RX 580 8gb ?

Ok so i recently bought a used rx 570 4gb for $73, and now i kinda want to get the rx 580 8gb. Luckily the company that i bought this gpu have a 3 day return policy. Should i return the rx 570 and spend an extra $26 for the rx 580 8gb($98) or not?
Is the rx 580 8gb worth it and future proof?
Btw all of these cards are used but the company that i bought this gpu from have a 3 day return and 3 months of warranty.

the RX 580 is slightly faster, by approx 10 fps in some games. If the price difference is only 26$. I say, go for it.

I hope you do have good cooling in your case, the 580 is a slightly hotter card than the 570.

It's a decent 1080p GPU. But that's pretty much it. Even if future-proof were a thing, a five-year-old midrange GPU would not be that thing. I'd probably spend the extra money and get the 580, but then again, I'd also get a modern GPU instead, but I'm in my wallet, not yours, so I cannot evaluate how you weigh costs and benefits.

The 580 is a hotter GPU, but the extra 4GB of VRAM is well worth having, 4GB is the bare minimum in 2022.
