Rx 570/580 XFX HSF100

Couldnt find the answer to my question on Internet. Is it possible to use XFX HSF 100 fans from rx 480 on RX 570 nitro + /580 nitro +, since I have seen they have fans swap ability?

I just bought an RX 570, and on the box it says the card has Hard Swap capabilities. So I purchased a set of White LED Hard Swap fans from XFX. However, I can't figure out how to remove the fans from the card. Any help would be appreciated. Here is a picture of the box, the card, and one of the hard swap fans.
