Question RX 570 - 60 C° turns off and screen goes grey + freezes PC

Hi Guys,

I m a bit dessesperate and worried about this. I bought a rx 570 3 days ago and I´ve found that when it reaches 60 C° it just makes the screen grey and freezes the computer. I´ve seen a lot of Youtube benchs and forums, where they say that 60-70 is an average and healthy temp, but mine cant go above 60 because it makes freeze the pc and show grey screen.

Anyone knows what can I do to fix this? I play Dota2, CSGO, GTA V and right now I can play thse games with 40-55 C° with the fan speed at 100%, but there might be a time when it eventually will go above 55 C° and it wil definitely crash. ((

System Configuration

Motherboard: Asus H110m-A-D3

CPU: i5 6400

PSU: GameMax 550w 80 plus bronze

System Memory: 1x8 gb 800mhz

GPU (VBIOS): RX 570 (i dont know how to see the oter)

OS (Version): Windows 7 x64 (Version: 19041.264)

Driver: Adrenalin 2020 Edition 19.12.2 Recommended (WHQL)

Radeon Software Settings: Standar

Steps to Reproduce

1.Play whatever to get 60 grades.

2.Profit, it will show grey screen when it reaches 60°.

Already got win 10, and latest driver. Idk what is radeon overlay but I will look into it

Anyway, with those 2 (win 10 and last driver) still turn off, I played Fortnite justo to see if maybe this was solved but no ,still the same: grey screen and freeze pc.
