Question Rx 570 8gb on thermaltake 450w

Can I run a Rx 570 8gb on a thermaltake 450w psu?

Config: I5-9400f, 8 gb ram,
Gigabyte B360M-DS3H
with 2 mechanical hard drive and 1 SSD, one 120mm non rgb fan.

which thermaltake 450w?
some only have 408W while others have 444W available.
CPU 65W
GPU under torture 200W
motherboard,RAM and drives 100W(over actual usage)
a tr2 or lite no way, too close to the limit
a toughpower should be ok

Not okay in my opinion. Its an unbalanced build. If you own a i5 9th gen you shouldn't go lower than a good 550w unit.

true. I should have qualified that with if the toughpower is all you have it should be ok, but given any other choice I do not suggest Thermaltake PSUs at all as a rule. self imposed though it may be

Actually, I,ve made this build recently.
And Hard drives, SSD , a GT1030 and the PSU was saved from the previous build.
Haven't taken the RX 570 yet. But planning to have one soon.
but having a confusion with the PSU... Therefore, I posted. and really appreciate your opinion, brother.

what are the choices? budget? location?
my budget go to suggestions are:
Corsair CX-550 or higher with the grey label (run away from the green labels)
seasonic S12II orM12II but only the version ending in 20, the 520W and 620W units. the 00 units 450,500,550 etc are not seasonic made and again RUN!

I'm from Bangladesh. My budget is kind'a tight.
Around 60-70 usd at most.

How about a Corsair VS650 650W 80 Plus White Certified Non-Modular Power Supply Unit?

can it run an rx570 along with my build?
