Question RX 570 black-screen issue for my friend

I recently helped built my friend's computer about a week ago at the time at this post
He went from NVIDIA (GT 1030) to AMD Card and he has uninstalled his NVIDIA Software and drivers but did not DDU it hoping it does not cause too much problems
He also decided to reuse his motherboard from his old computer.
For the first couple days, everything was working perfectly fine, but now for the past 5 days he has been plagued by this black-screen issue, every like 30-40 minutes into a game he gets black-screens and he has to force shutdown his computer even though he has the AMD latest drivers.

I have tried to help in as much as i can from putting his Graphics on Standard settings to even DDU his NVIDIA Drivers with his RX 570 still in it and so far nothing worked

Is your friend trying to overclock the card?

He has never overclocked his card at all.
